Well here they are!  In order of how they happened

 

Firstly, this is what it SHOULD Look like

So he had to cut down all the dead tissue and see what LIVE tissue was left

 

 

So now time to start fixing the impingements, which were the root cause of all this mess

 

        

Now that the bone is safely shaved down and out of the way, time to install a new Labrum from the donor tissue

 

Well that’s it! 4.5 hours of work.
